Genetic Art Using PixelMath

During the summer of 2019, Mr. Krish Jain of Redmond, Washington, did an internship investigating how genetic algorithms, typically used in artificial intelligence, could be applied to create interesting images. He has made the code of his project available here to any people who may wish to see how such a project could be structured and how it uses PixelMath.

Here's an example of an image produced by Krish's genetic algorithm, using PixelMath:

The Python files involved are here. Two of the Python files, used to implement syntactic trees for PixelMath formulas, are the work of Mr. Brett Kromkamp, who has kindly given permission for them to be included as part of this download.

His report is here.
